I can't believe that these clowns agreed ONLY to regulate the financial market / sector. Will that really happen? Each country will be making sure that any form of regulations will not disadvantage its economy. For heavens sake, all that fuel burned getting them to the US to only agree to regulate the financial market is a total cop out for participant involoved in that meeting.
