Champ, are seriously suggesting that they agreed to cut interest rates. Come on mate, they had that qausi agreement weeks ago when all the bad news started to bite. they agreed to cut rates, spend big to stimulate and buy rubbish bank liabilities. To suggest that they needed to go and discuss plans that are already afoot is public relations stunt. Pllllllllease, give us some credit Mr President. I honestly believe that the clown called "President" is a fool and his administration has totally stuffed up the world economy.
