What they are trying to do is get rid of shares, and in this regard will have a sp range to sell to. If you have a buy order within that range you will get them.
Hopefully now they have taken all the big orders on bid, they will let the newcomers buy it back up to the earlier levels, or beyond.
At the end of the day they will have sold more shares than if they'd just let the buyers come to them. Proactive selling!
