It appears that the marketing/pr department of G8 are still scratching their heads, trying to find a solution that will improve occupancy levels.

Still offering a free week to families for any referral that results in an enrolment, and now you have the opportunity to enter a draw to win a $5000 holiday, if you enrol for three days per week between 1 September and 31 October. Being able to offer three days a week to families at this time of the year is a concern. Marketing gimmicks don't work, the only way to improve occupancy is to improve service delivery at centre level.

Another large private owner has been receiving some unfortunate comments, but they are actively trying to work with posters to be better informed of their complaints and work towards a solution.
G8 IMO are notoriously bad communicators, had hoped it would have improved with the departure of JH but unfortunately not.
