MrGaann this is only my view and how I invest.Eddie had significant shares but no numbers to back up.It doesn't matter what company I invest in I prefer to have good numbers and director holdings.Maybe I am picky but as I am working from the outside I want the people on the inside to be accountable to the extent that if things don't turn out we all go down together.Its kind of like the captain of the ship making sure all of the people are safe before he leaves the boat before it sinks.There are positives on GEM but my two issues are is it over priced and director holdings.
