The Sydney market in some surburbs is now in ga ga land ,when the music stops there will be much blood in the water.
It benefits me but I worry about the future of young people who are being priced out of the market.
Unless they can receive parental assistance they will never be able to enter the market at present prices.
If the market does tank the outlook would be very bleak and many will suffer,the banks will also be at risk as the value of their security dwindles .To me the whole setup looks to be completely out of control
