no mattre what the company says this much is clear....we are being taken over but due to the roundabout way they have put it it is hard to work out at what premium. the scenario as should be put out is


we get taken over by that indian company....who will need to satify at least a minimum 50% shareholding in the company for it to proceed (it will get 55%)....we as the shareholders do NOT get paid anything for this takeover....in fact we paid the predator 65mil to be taken over & whats the 65mil for? to take over a few factories & the distribution network in singapore WHILE GIVING AWAY THE MAJORITY SHAREHOLDING AWAY!!!!! HOW SMART IS THAT!!!!! All they need with that majority shareholding is to call for an extraordinary meeting & push through any agenda they wish like....nominate a board of all the predator's company directors & sack the existing directors.....etcetc.... make no mistake ppl....we are being taken over ....to no benefit to the shareholders.... can;t believe the directors let this happen!
