The share price had increased since the two matters below. I am not sure what point there is in looking at them.
1 • market announcements relating to ISX's revenue increase in FY18 and subsequent revenue decline in the 6 month period ending 31 December 2019 (this should be 2018)
2 • Circumstances surrounding the release of over 336 million performance shares to the directors or their interests.
As for the ISX revised FY19 EBIT guidance from $10.7 million to $6.5 million, ISX stated:
EBIT growth is constrained due to factors primarily associated with the suspension by the ASX and
GPTV is forecast to be flat for November and December due to the impact of the ASX suspension and the SWIFT operational changes announced on 6th December 2019 and
EBIT excludes expenses associated with the ASX suspension.
Does the above explain all of the decrease in guidance, I do not know, but it seems possible.
