ECT have very clearly articulated to us via ASX announcements that they intend to build a plant at Loy Yang power station subject to receipt of capital funding from Monash/IMFA.
I doubt they will build the plant without the power station's consent.
Given AGL will fully own the power station after next week, do you think AGL is not aware of this major development about to tale place on their property?
