re: its not illegal to borrow shares to short Gominer, I saw that post but that wasn't an apology. It was written in the future tense, "If I was wrong, I will apologise". You were stating that if you happened to be proven incorrect then you would apologise.
An apology needs to be in the past or present tense. eg. I WAS wrong and therefore I apologise.
As you have been proven wrong you can now apologise as you said you would.
