its not illegal to borrow shares to short Gominer, I believe you have now learnt that its not illegal to borrow shares so as to short them. Infact, you have to borrow shares to be able to short them!
Therefore, your posts alledging that JC was doing something illegal when he tried to borrow shares to short QTM at about $1.04 were completely incorrect. Perhaps you should apologise to him?
