The first one is mildly serious. The second is probably minor. I think a significant fine (50-75K) rather than a disqualification is likely (She's pleading not guilty). It will be interesting to see if the stable hand who appeared at the inquiry last week turns out to be the source of Eddie Hayson/Alan Robinson having detailed information on More Joyous injury concerns.
