For Portugal it is very importante, to hold the stuff AND the industry inside the own country. so i think, there will be a point in the DFS to build a P2 rafinery there. For the ecolog. footstep it will much better, then to ship the stuff across the atlantic to canada. otherwise there are for sure other deposits in europe, that needs to rafinery there micas. so i hope, besides canada will portugal be a major location for a lpd rafinery. i have no idea, where to get the acid from, but i am sure, there will be a way.
