Further news on this. a) Wilson HTM analyst Andrew Pedler values these areas at AUD17m... 1/20th of what GAIL appear to be valuing them at. His retort: he's only prepared to give them further valuation uplift once they've been drilled out...okay, that's a fair comment. But value is in the eye of the beholder and GAIL's the valuer of AOE at the moment...and they're talking bigger bickies. b) The company states that it has made no comment on the value of the deal with GAIL...so the commentary in the boxed section of the article, I guess, should have come from the GAIL side...I presume this as they've published it on their website without comment and AOE haven't published it.

Does this mean that AOE now has to make a statement about the deal??
