personally I think he was pushing the cap raise out hoping for a share price bounce with UK reopening metrics. Took a big punt and it hasn’t paid off. He’s arguably lost out more long term than anyone else.
if he raised 2-3 months ago would have saved about 10% of the dilution. It’s going to be hurting. Poorly timed to say the least.
does anyone know more about the make up of the $35 million ? All equity ? Is it full subscribed ?
