    re: gain but Ta Rivkin....you are one of the few posters I respect.....it is a waiting game and being wildly day traded. The announcement was expected. $3 mill - exactly as speculated upon. No sympathies though for TOXO holders - just pure and simple needless greed which will leave many optmists stranded. Cruel but true.
