I actually think its quite the opposite - the previous owners of the project have converted 5 million options to shares which they have been patiently selling over the past couple of months - they have caped the share price and until they bugger off this is going nowhere unless there is news to release - once they have stopped selling then the game changes

So it's not accumulation in my view just a painful period of selling - you would think they could find a buyer for the shares and allow the market to find a higher level - apparently not
