I'm a little confused as to why you say that we won't see $50 unless the price of oil goes to $140.
WOR isn't generating revenue due to the oil price. It is actually generating more revenue at the moment compared to when the price of oil was at its peak so once again I'm a little confused over your comment.
I can understand that if the EPS was less than last year the price could be this low however the EPS are 21.7% higher according to Commsec.
So if the earnings and retrospective profits are more than wouldn't you say that the price should be up at around the $35 mark at the least right now??
I personally think that it's all due to sentiment and as soon as the sentiment returns to equities and the oil sector I imagine that WOR will fly.
