I appreciate that I'm not John, but as I have answers to a couple of the easier questions, I'll give them and leave the tricky ones for him

There are basically no untapped Indian Sandalwood forests in the world. There are different varieties of Sandalwood, including an Australian Sandalwood which grows in the south of Western Australia. But it is Indian Sandalwood that is the premium most sought after product. Indian Sandalwood is mostly harvested in the wild in India, not from plantations (there are some small plantations in Tamil Nadu). And in the wild it is getting rare, to the point that there are fears of it becoming extinct in the wild. The Indian Sandalwood grown in plantations requires 15 years to come to maturity for harvest. So the threat of new supply other than from TFC coming on is a distant one.
