not long to wait + there's always takeover possibi Nearly there - I think it is close to a re-valuation when the purchase has completed as a result of the risk been reduced. I've held onto this one for over a year and never sold out during the bad times as I look to the long term prospects. There is always the chance of CDR being taken over as many of the brokers alude too which makes it even more enticing
