re: not long to wait + there's always takeover pos yes, I agree. I have read similar valuations. Risk decreases as the 'unknowns' are converted to 'knowns' and this re-rates a stock and in come all the buyers to enjoy the ride upward. I'll be holding for some time as it has that added element of a potential prey from the likes of Singtel and TLS. When times are tough, these guys need to increase their market share, esp wrt SME's which is definately CDR's space, plus the intermediates now with Volante! Looks like they will pull off a cheap offer. I had read it should be EPS accretive
