Agreed Autosime,
Charts have their place & their limitations.
I once ready a post stating that a hole which had just started to be drilled would end up p&a because that's what the chart suggested. That really is taking it too far.
However the chart is still a factor with coe. It was the day it went over $1 & it was today. It's just sometimes other (unchartable) events are far more important.
