MMX aren't stupid, if CHM had any chance of winning they would have paid them off a few million out of court settlement, rather then continue to trial and risk a multi billion dollar company, also Mitsubithshi and Harbinger wouldn't have invested hundreds of millions only to lose it to CHM, these guys aren't stupid.
