Dash, there are a range of rosters that a drilling contractor has their people working on. During their week/s off, another crew comes in and work continues until the scope is completed and rig released. Crew works every day for 12 hrs. Big companies that run 24/7 operations usually set up their guys to work 2 weeks on 2 weeks off roster and run 4 crews per rig. Or 2 on 1 off you can have 3 crews and keep the rig going 24/7. Depends on the contractor.
