I take it that if Mr Creasy was building a stake,he'd be doing it via a nominee company eg BNP-Paribas? Otherwise, he'd be revealing his hand. I still reckon his strategy-if he is indeed building a position- would be to use a variety of companies/agents buying relatively small amounts, so as to not have to give notice.
