I am seeing no mixed messages. It is you who doesn't understand how a company structure works, which is patently obvious from your post.

TAJ's duties as the the new NED are clear.

TAJ isn't on the payroll, as CNJ are trying to keep their cash burn to a minimum i.e. they are directing every last cent they have into exploration, which you should be applauding instead of criticising.

I would have thought that you and shareholders would of warmly welcomed these long overdue and very positive changes.

I have A$250k invested in CNJ and I have never been happier.
