ive just read the petition
certainly not helpful for DRX.
The suggestion in the petition that DRX use the Cape Flattery loading jetty
wont happen.
Its owned by Mitsubishi
they will not allow others to use it.
Mitsubishi themselves are restricted in the number of their ships allowed to dock at their own jetty by shipping movements inside the barrier reef
They use it to the maximum permitted.
So there is no way that extra ships from a competitor will be allowed to do so
by Mitsubishi or the regulators
