I agree fast fast tracking will occur so I would expect them to use the full $5m CASH from acuity and issue them with say 7-8m shares after hole 2. Otherwise why do such a deal with them? WHAM, BAM, THANKYOU MAAM! EASY PEASY......LOCK IT IN EDDIE.

We then have say $5.5m cash to complete the drilling and JORC and then another $7m in options conversions to come in by November/December.

Now the company have said JORC by third quarter, so if they get the $5m from acuity I expect given the drilling will be fast fast tracked that the JORC will be fast fast tracked, maybe even the end of the next quarter. As you know better than most the JORC is not a hard document to complete once the drilling is done ……..

Doing anything other than taking the $5m from acuity imo at this stage would be "courageous".

Why wouldn't we use the $5m from acuity why would any other option be considered unless as I have said its for something really "urgent" or from a serious mou/offtake investor?
