good post but the $5M cash facility was what i referred to in my original post that you reacted to & continue to react to

my reading of it is it is a 10% discount VWAP facility and if the share price is too high possibly Acuity Capital won't provide funding

so if the Trading Halt news is really good, possibly Acuity are currently negotiating with GLN to provide funding

for example, the last 5 days' VWAP is 51 cents. a 10 day VWAP is even lower

Acuity might want to provide funding for say 50 cents per share or less so they are currently negotiating

GLN alternately, might want to tap the market at a higher price

i only threw the speculation out there about why there is a suspension

why would the company go into suspension for 6 days over a "drilling update" and "results of the survey" ?
