Thanks for support and "like" messages.
It is only one thing that I found yesterday didn't resonate with my view and expectations:
- I would like to see a bit more advertising and marketing and my feeling was the management team has the view that we have to put the project "on the wheels", prove the resource and the rest will flow naturally moving like being on rails.

Now, I'm thinking "maybe my views and expectations were not exactly right"; let's focus on productive work and awareness about what a beauty is GLN will come with much less effort.
