With the recent sales contracted for Mt Catlin looking more positive I will assume we are looking at a minimum output of 200,000 spod pa at a cost yet to be determined. Hopefully we will have a better idea after the quarterly on Thursday.
Before we move on to SDV and James Bay we should try and forecast the likely sale price of Mt Catlin going forward as this will have a direct influence on SDV and JB.
To start the ball rolling I suggest
the price of the spod is likely to start around $450-$500 for the balance of 2020
with a gradual rise to around $1000+ per tonne in the lead up to 2022 and beyond.
