June July our buyer stops buying
July Burwill sells us down
August Tribeca molests us
September GXY shows up saying they will do us the deal of the century by paying 20cps or shares in lieu...
And then we need to add to that list and consider the directors issue themselves their pay rises and 12 months leave pays.
It will all come down to how the Board wants to play this and if they think the offer would be good enough to be accepted by the large holders, of which most will be aware of the value we have created here and they will also be aware that doing a small CR + cash on hand + sell down inventory and go into CM for 6 months = we are still the owners of a $1billion dollar co (potentially)...everyone knows that we are not in a dying sector but quite the opposite...and reality is here are no new Li miners for at least 2+years insight, but during those same 2+ years there are multiple Li GigaFactories coming online and they will need a substantial amount of Battery Minerals, on a monthly basis.
If GXY is smart and makes a fair offer this could work out very well for both, any low ball offer will risk initiation of legal proceedings against the board by a large group of holders, there are just too many obvious that have taken place in the past 6 months. And if they let it come to this, then things can drag on for a very long time and everyone involved will miss the opportunity...but there are plenty of other opportunities that our board can pursue, to the benefit of al holders, remembering that that is their duty
