    No one is suggesting a final binding offer has been made, they might not be interested.

    Any offer would be discussed confidently between management teams before being brought to market.

    Due to the Singapore listing, it is essentially impossible to take over A40 without it being friendly, so don't expect any dramatic trading halt and on market bids to happen.
