Galaxy finalising supply contracts with China, Japan and South Korea?

This may be old news to everyone.
Just read a China Daily article from August 2009 concerning GXY and Creat.
It says Mitsubishi has ordered GXY lithium.
Other orders seem to total up to more than production, which is interesting.
Global demand to triple by 2020.
NEC fundraising for Lithium ion batteries.
Warren Buffett lifting stake in China car maker.

I contacted IT at Galaxy HQ.
His reply (regarding the article);
"220,000 was quoted wrong. We have Letter of Intent for 22,000 tpa out of our 17,000 tpa production".
"We are now finalising these supply contracts".

So can we expect an announcement soon regarding these supply contracts?
