Agree, building our own would be great and would be the preference. However, I imagine there are capital considerations. It's probably very expensive to build your own and whilst at the moment we are cash rich, I'm not sure we are that rich (yet!) Plus, I imagine the time get build and get the end processes to work - would take a long time. Maybe better to piggyback one that has already been built and fine tuned and is ready to go.
