I was thinking about #1 as well, no jv possibly for months. But that's risky and not logical to assume. You don't go obtain a huge loan to pay a small debt. You usually fix your smaller debt in a separate conversation and the major sdv funding is entirely a separate discussion. So this is not necessarily an indication of a delay. The biggie, sdv, can come anytime, it's likely been months in the chef's kitchen and about ready to be served. Don't forget the premature report from The Australian!
