Maybe not $100 @Misschow , but yes peanuts relatively, just a sensible move to consolidate debt and allow a bit of head room. The $40M is like a bank loan of $200K to someone who has net worth of $5M , i.e. just for this example a twentieth of our GXY billion, which lets face it is not a big deal in the scheme of things.
