A report from 29 June 2016 has this sentence "French banks remain competitive, with Credit Agricole staying in 11th place and BNP Paribas in 12th. French bank profits grew by 30% while both UK and German banks lost ground".

Not discripted as Tier1 but is in the top eight here.
My opinion is this bank is high ranking and very credible, would think the board and GXY team given the position we are in today (which is a far cry from a few months ago) the facility would be on better terms than the original short term loan.
