    Only caps the business tax at 30% and I think you have to register as PTY LTD to do so which costs a small fortune. Then To draw the funds out unless you set it up really well you get to pay income tax on that at the going tax bracket any way? I think?

    Give me capital gains any day. I'd rather be making money and sharing with the government.
