My perspective would have been they are just profit-taking. The run up to 69.5 was fast and furious and the pull back to 60 which represents 13% is a healthy pullback. I wouldn't say the bulk of those trades are insider trading. I wouldn't even say they were the ones selling, they may have even be the ones buying the low hanging fruit. Should there have been insider trading I would've expected a more significant pullback.

I think its misleading to state the insider traders were the one selling. There is no data about this so your perspective and my perspective are both valid. But we will see what the outcome is in a couple of days
