Just keep in mind that a few posters here obviously wants your shares cheap and double their money in a month after the TH lifts.
You can have a look at what happened to Lithium Americas SP after shares got diluted
Their CR was taken up by BCP and Gangfeng.
(SP up from 0.86 to 1.02 Canadian dollars)

The GXY CR is also targeted at fundies so you could draw a comparison here.

If say shares were offered at a discount to these institutions say at 55cent , It's almost guaranteed that they will lift the SP afterwards.
