    Indicators are always lagging so what you see now fluctuates throughout the day. Best way to do it is to study "price action" and trade the larger moves. If you want to see how 'reliable' indicators are play chartgame.com or chartmantra.com . Focus on conserving your capital by eliminating large losses.
