I'd be surprised to see it go that low. But then I was surprised to see it reach 28.5c again. Investors have to be ready to watch it seesaw until sentiment stabilises, and that will only come when it is clear that the plant is working well and deliveries are being made. Patience my hearties. Your day will come, and perhaps sooner than you think.
