November? That's 6 months! The run-up from 29 cents at the end of Sept to 70 cents in mid-Jan was only 3 1/2 months for a >100% increase. If it's 50 cents now, I reckon it will hit 80 cents (a 60% increase) well before that; let's say in 4 months - mid-September - at the latest (barring major glitches).
