Yes DeFaucon ..I know it well.....it didnt mention it because I was hoping some guys may have some more in depth knowledge about who they are....but i dont believe there is legal case for ASX to allow only certain participants to be involved ...my ppoint is if there werent many buyers at 34.5 then they could have ramped it down a lot more ....so this is not a closing price auction...it allows MANIPULATION.....I have a mind to report the ASX to the Financial Ombudsman and the Minister......they need to explain why they allow this...is it all over the world ? I dont think so...
