A40 was a no brainer for the board and carries some huge upside potential.

LPD i did not see coming, but I'm curious. Keenly watching their pilot plant development.

Livent/GXY would be an excellent tie up in some respects but id see it as more a merger of equals than a T/O by one over the other. Also have to remember the controlling stockholder in Livent.

one other point, Livent may have fallen a fair whack but i believe they are only just catching up with the Australian sentiment based on falls from peak.
