    I am not trying to down ramp, just asking a simple question of how he could possibly get a discount rate of 10%?

    I am a noobie here and am trying to simply understand it, as to me it defies logic. Seems too low. Anyone else questioning the article? Or are you just using it to help keep your piece of mind that you've made a sound investment decision?
