From memory A40 shareholders owned 85% of Cowan when it was spun off. Anyone know has happened here, do we still own Cowan or did that go with A40 into liquidation. Also it was mentioned on the GXY thread that the A40 CEO took everyone for a ride or something similar, I don’t quite understand this. If he owned lots of A40 shares how does he benefit from the current arrangement.i.e. A40 shares are currently worth nothing. Sorry but I haven’t caught up with everything. Can anyone give us a run down. Sounds like the option B from the court case which puts A40 back up to a new liquidation would mean that we get some type of return for our shares, since it would fetch much more in the current environment. Anyone want to comment on the best case scenario as you see it now.
