    "Galaxy believes the settlement represents a fair result in the circumstances for both the plaintiffs and defendants"

    An unusual statement saying the result is fair to both parties.

    I have no idea - assume that the plaintiffs have accepted some form of compensation for their holdings with the DOCA proceeding. FIBR status is also unknown unless FIBR has given a ruling.
