Advisor71. Are you employed by GXY? If not, you are the biggest advocate for their present policies. You seem to find NO FAULT in anything they propose and, in fact, excuse any 'faults' that any other person points out.
The company has NOT, to the best of my knowledge and belief, declared that it is in, discussions, due diligence or any other negotiations in various countries. Do you have inside knowledge? If so, say so! If not, 'keep it shut'.
